Senior Well-Being Is The Result Of Deep Understanding
To us, care is just the beginning. We believe that senior well-being is the aim - senior care is just a part of that process. Our method focuses on absolute well being, built on a strong foundation, and not just a single set solution.
We do senior-care differently
The traditional method of senior care is flat, so we came up with our own. Instead of treating senior care with a single solution approach, we treat it as a growth feedback loop.
Linear care (old)
Most agencies use a flat caring model that begins with caring for a senior, and ends when the caregiver's shift is completed. Though care needs can be met, our senior is left waiting til another time to be cared for.
Non-linear well-being (new)
Excel Care uses a continual care system that resembles an infinity loop. We provide personal support, continual care, a safe environment, mental development, family collaboration, and real-time feedback so you can help your senior achieve their personal care goals along with deepening your family's well-being.
How our method works
Traditional caring systems leave seniors unfulfilled and their children out of the loop with their care.
We provide seniors and their families a safe ecosystem of care, and we watch as everybody's well-being grows.
Personal Support
Excel Care focuses on personal support, and helps seniors with their day-to-day tasks. Families receive peace of mind knowing the necessities are taken care of by licensed and insured caretakers.
Environment
A person's experience is greatly influenced by their environment. We create safety and comfort in our in-person and online caring environments.
Family Collaboration
A person's experience is greatly influenced by their environment. We create safety and comfort in our in-person and online caring environments.
Continual Care
Care does not stop when the caregiver's shift ends. Our process allows for care 24/7/365.
Mental Development
We involve, explore, and educate you and your family members, and empower you with the skills and insights to truly create senior well-being.
Real-Time Feedback
Our methods along with our metrics will continually provide all family members and seniors instantaneous feedback on outcomes of care.

Senior
Well-Being
Most agencies only focus on particular aspects of senior well-being instead of looking at it as a whole.
To succeed in senior care, you need to apply the holistic approach - five integrated layers that lead to senior well-being.
Awareness — Full scope discovery of needs, desires, and potentials of care
Organization — Design, focus, prioritization of care needs
Principles — Values, mental frameworks, non-negotiables
Specialties — Alzheimers, Personal, Medical
Processes— ADL's, workflows, reporting
Level 1 - Awareness
Awareness is the beginning of everything. It is the ability to be cognizant of information in the real world - it's the first step of the human experience.

We serve seniors using these principles to ensure the highest level of care, and we allow both our patients and customers to adopt them as their own. These principles are non-negotiable because we know that they impact lives for the better.
